What's in a receipt

`ts`	When we made the call (UTC).
`status`, `valid_402`	The HTTP status and whether the 402 parsed with payment options.
`live_amount`, `live_payTo`, `live_network`	Exactly what the seller asked for in that answer.
`checks.payto_stable`, `checks.terms_consistent`	Whether the payTo matches earlier checks and the 402's own terms agree.
`resp_sha256`	Hash of the seller's response body.
`sig`	ed25519 signature over the receipt (key `botsrated-prober-1`, published at /.well-known/botsrated-key).
